Processing of personal data - consent
If you have signed up for the newsletter, you consent to Penorama contacting you by email with newsletters and offers. Penorama process your email address until it is no longer relevant and that is to say, in practice, until you make Penorama aware that you no longer wish to receive emails from Penorama.
You can always withdraw your consent - either by using the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting Penorama at silja@penorama.dk
Data security
Whether Penorama process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or on the basis of your consent, Penorama will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.
Penorama uses third parties to manage newsletters via e-mail (MailerLite), surveys (TypeForm), statistics (Google Analytics), and for administrative purposes such as invoicing (Dinero).
Penorama has entered into data processing agreements with business partners that are essential for the website's functions and accounts to function.
Information, objection, amendment and deletion
