Silja is insanely talented and razor-sharp, and captured everything important. And that you just summed it all up for all our managers, as the last point of the day, as if you were part of the team. Impressive. It ended in a huge round of applause! And TOTALLY deserved. The room was buzzing with good energy ⭐️🛫

The greatest benefit of the collaboration with Silja was that we could use her visualizations both during the summit where we pulled up her work-in-progress, and afterwards where I am sure participants found the visualizations beneficial and easy to share with their teams. Silja was that extra participant in the room whose keen observations documented each discussion topic in an easily digestible and memorable way.

It is one of the best decisions we have made to invite Silja to our event. Silja is an incredibly professional partner with a great capacity to run two workshops as well as draw and present graphic recordings. Her ability to engage and involve the participants was exceptional and it was clear that everyone felt more connected and involved in our learning journey. At ROCKWOOL, we wanted to work with and improve our communication - especially when launching our updated strategy. We have received a full package [strategy roadmap, illustrations, and animation] that we can use in various contexts that improves our communication. In addition, the sparring along the way with Silja has made us sharper on our message.

A great visual result and simplification of the presentation. Generally the use of external facilitator to an internal workshop..Usually I would have done this myself..I think that overall it was a positive experience.

We had the pleasure of Silja for a workshop on graphic facilitation. Silja was really good at explaining drawing techniques and approached the task with great professionalism and with an eye for individual needs. Silja helped us to get better at simple visual techniques that we can use in our everyday life
