Prices & payment
We reserve the right to make errors in the prices we have listed and to adjust prices without prior notification.
All amounts are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and excl. VAT unless otherwise noted.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Additional charges may apply if the project scope changes after the agreed-upon quote.
A 50% deposit is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Late payments may incur a fee.
Delivery & deadlines
All services are delivered digitally as PNG- and PDF-files unless otherwise agreed. Animations as MP3, MP4, or MOV.
All agreed deadlines are contingent upon timely client feedback. Delays in response may affect the project timeline without penalty to Penorama.
Revisions & changes
The quoted price includes two rounds of revisions. Any further revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
Cancellation and refund policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after the project or work has begun the total fee will be charged.
Confidentiality
All client information and materials provided for the project will be treated confidentially and will not be shared without prior consent.
Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the final deliverables for commercial and non-commercial use. Penorama retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio
Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
Limitation of liability
Penorama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables provided.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled through mediation before proceeding to legal action. The governing law will be Danish.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays.
